What is the difference between Fanola No Yellow and No Orange shampoos?
Fanola No Yellow is formulated with violet pigments to neutralize unwanted yellow tones in blonde, bleached, or grey hair. No Orange contains blue pigments designed to cancel out copper, orange, or red reflections in dark blonde or brunette hair.
How often should I use the Fanola toning treatments?
We recommend using our toning shampoos once a week or whenever brassiness becomes visible. Leave the product on for 1 to 5 minutes depending on the desired level of neutralization, then rinse thoroughly.
What are your shipping times and costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy for hair care products?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return label.
